Dean grew up on dairy farm in western New York and later attended ag school at Cornell University. Dean has a 40-year career in agriculture, with 36 of them being in ag finance. Dean has been with DFA Financing for 15 years, serving western New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland. Dean is an active member in his community and is the current president of the Cortland Community Service Club.
