Donna is from the North country in New York and has been in the agriculture industry for over 30 years, 20 of those with DFA Financing. As a loan officer for DFA Financing, she services eastern and northern New York, along with the New England states. Donna enjoys attending various ag bankers’ seminars and educational trainings, outdoor activities such as swimming, cycling and running, as well as spending time with her children and young granddaughter.

Lindsay grew up on a Holstein dairy farm in Central Ohio and later attended The Ohio State University where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness and Applied Economics. Lindsay and her husband, reside in Central Ohio where they raise beef cattle and crops. Lindsay joined the banking industry in 2015 gaining experience in consumer, commercial, and agricultural lending. Lindsay joined DFA Financing in 2022 and covers Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, and Wisconsin. In her free time, Lindsay loves to be outdoors mowing grass and gardening, volunteering in the community, and spending time with family, especially her daughter Sophia.

Dean grew up on dairy farm in western New York and later attended ag school at Cornell University. Dean has a 40-year career in agriculture, with 36 of them being in ag finance. Dean has been with DFA Financing for 15 years, serving western New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland. Dean is an active member in his community and is the current president of the Cortland Community Service Club.

Steve is a Senior Loan Officer for DFA Financing and covers most of the Central Area, as well as the Mountain and Western Areas. He has been in the financing/banking sector since 1996 in various positions providing consumer, commercial and agricultural loans. He has been working for DFA as a loan officer since 2012, providing financing solutions to members. When he is not at work, he enjoys barbequing, golfing and spending time with his wife, their two children and their dog.

Thomas resides in central Tennessee and covers the Southern half of the United States. Thomas has been with DFA for 13 years, 10 of those as part of the DFA Financing team. Outside of work, Thomas enjoys fishing, running, hunting and camping with his wife and son.
